Knockout City season 2 launches next week, modern maps and balls elaborated
EA's dodgebrawler Knockout City gets a hot map next week as part of the second season's launch, and it looks bad neat: It takes aim in a large movie studio spanning a heap of various film genres, and according to EA "the athletic field changes in real-time" throughout matches. Fingers crossed that neon robot Godzilla thing doesn't strike too hard.
Season 2 is called Fight at the Movies and IT launches on July 27. In addition to the correspondenc there's a recently orchis: the Soda as Ball. If you cop this ball in the face, your screen bequeath be temporarily covered with sticky soda, which sounds incredibly annoying, but sometimes annoying things are fun.
By from those you can bear the customary live service stuff: League Play, the gage's ranked mode, will get a new season with new rewards, and you can await new cosmetics and playlists too. There's also a new Bunch Vehicle (a limousine) which you can unlock in Crew Contracts.
Beauty City launched in English hawthorn to not bad reviews and a healthy playerbase, thanks to the unfit's generous trial run period—the game is free until you hit Crying 25, which should take every last but the most dedicated a good while.
