In October. 2022, Large O off of 7200 N Pecos in Denver, CO replaced rack and pinion/front end struts. The second I collection off the lot of Big O, the front had a horrible rattling racket when driving over a bump, uneven road or manhole covers. I chosen and spoke to ** at the store right away, and complained about the noise. My automobile was in the shop every 10-fourteen days, for over two months, getting a new fix of struts. A total of three sets of struts were installed without resolution, and the rack and pinion was leaking and needing a 2d part. I took the motorcar to four other shops, including the Nissan Dealership, for a diagnosis of the noises that were occurring afterwards the repairs were completed.

Too the inconvenience and aggravation of unpaid time off of work, the corporate office, a guy named ** with the office of the president, consumer relations department, stated they were not going to offer whatever bounty or had no interest in offering a resolution to have the noise diagnosed or stock-still, other than doing the same thing that had already been done - replace more struts. They would not pay to have information technology diagnosed past a shop that really could resolve the issue. They (Large O) actually put folded upwardly pieces of cardboard throughout my engine to end the noise. I have photos of these pieces stuck throughout the whole engine. That is a huge fire gamble. Exercise they know that engines get hot? Since they had three chances to resolve/fix the problem, and by police force in Colorado, consumers have the right to file a claim in SCC and sue for iii times the corporeality, I will pursue this. If you want your machine fixed by competent professionals, Big O stores are not a good choice. This corporation has sunk to the everyman of the lows.

I have had three blowouts within half-dozen,000 miles and they refuse to admit they are bad tires or non suited for my vehicle. Big O corporate said that they will go on to supplant bad tires on the extended warranty, just not take them all back and exchange or refund. I guess I have to get into a serious accident and have a lawsuit before anything is done. Not taking anymore chances, I had them replaced at another tire store with different tires. I plan to take them to small claims courtroom! What a hassle! Do not purchase from "Large Zero" and their "will non please" customer support!

2008 Impala - Locations was asked by corporate to call me. They did. The man I was supposed to speak with stayed on long lunches. And so, when I went to location with other estimate work showing their mistake, they put me off the premises, and threaten local police. In that location were many onlookers. I am going back one more time. But this time, I won't be solitary. Local news Troubleshooter volition aid me and my lawyers.

Big O at 150 A Campbell Route, Lake Elsinore does non honor their own valid coupons. Do not become to this location, they will not honor their coupons! I bought a $60.00 Big O coupon book two years ago that had things similar, 'complimentary oil changes' and discounted service offers in it. They had no expiration dates on them, and were valid for lifetime until used. I have used information technology in the past exclusively at this location (their calculator records confirmed this) with no problems. And I even had a sticker put on my volume list their address. On 4/29/12, I went in for an oil alter and produced my coupon book to the guy backside the counter.

An employee was side by side to him and said under his breath, "Ohh, information technology's one of those ** coupons again," and the guy behind the counter told me they don't accept them anymore. According to him, they have been getting a lot of apocryphal coupons lately, then they decided to no longer accept them. I paid $60 for these coupons and I said, "Why is it my problem the Big O produced coupons that someone else counterfeits? I paid for these and I want to utilize them." I told them to await upwardly my records on their computer and information technology showed that I had been in that location in the past using these coupons and I showed them the sticker, merely they didn't care. They didn't want to assist me, reimburse me or offer whatever other deals to replace this and then-called counterfeit event.

Truth is, I believe this counterfeit affair is just made up, and what they actually didn't desire to practise was accolade the coupons because they were losing too much money on them. Either fashion, the lesser line is this: I had legal coupons fabricated exclusively for Big O that had not expired. I had paid for them. Big O just of a sudden decided to not take them, screwing their customers. Big O has a lying concern practice, they don't live upwardly to their promises, and they practice not honor their ain coupons. I take a phone call into their corporate offices and was told to expect a recall in 24 to 48 hours. They may try to rectify this and help me, but i matter for certain is, Large O at 150 A Campbell Road did not intendance and did not try to make the customer happy or help me in whatever way.

I called a local (Colorado Springs) Large O Tires store and described the problem I was having with a Jeep. It was a fierce shaking coming from the front of the Jeep after traveling over a bump in the route or highway. The Large O Tire service bellboy told me the problem is called "death wobble" and they could fix it. This was in Sept 2022. I took the Jeep to their repair shop and later on their inspection, they told me the trouble is the "elevate link" of the Jeep's suspension. They estimated the cost to repair was $350 to replace the drag link and stabilizer. Several months later, the same "death wobble" returned while on I-70 in the Colorado mountains. Scary! I called Big O Tires to report the trouble the following day and told them the problem was not fixed. The service attendant asked me to bring the Jeep back in and they would look at it once again. Their diagnosis was the tires were out of balance causing the "death wobble", so they counterbalanced the tires at no toll.

Recently in March vi, months later from the original repair, my wife and I were traveling on I-25 in Colorado Springs during the weekend when we encountered a crash-land on the highway that caused the "death wobble" in one case again. We had to terminate in the center of the interstate to stop the violent shaking. We were scared to death! I called Big O Tires once over again and told them nosotros still were experiencing the "expiry wobble" and wanted it stock-still in one case and for all. I took the Jeep to their shop on Mon forenoon and was told they would replace the drag link at no cost to me and install front and rear shocks at material cost simply. We agreed to the latest resolve of the Jeep's issues.

After inquiry and inspection of the Jeep's front end end parts, I plant that the "drag link" was never replaced equally originally stated past Big O Tires, only I did see that the "runway bar" has been replaced after the third visit. Big O Tires also recommended to supercede the shocks and it would cost $362 excluding labor. Every bit I researched more, the shocks Big O Tires installed cost $twoscore each online, but they charged me $83 per shock. That sounds similar gouging to me regarding the shocks and a company that can't diagnose a suspension problem and keep yous coming back to charge you more money!

I took my apartment tire in to Big O Tire where I purchased the tire to get my flat tire repaired. I took it off the vehicle hoping it would take less time to fix as I needed it fixed ASAP considering I needed my vehicle to go to work the aforementioned solar day I took the tire in. I explained that to them, and they said information technology would be iii hours. This is my legitimate complaint. I understand that they were busy, but 3 hours to fix a tire that is off the vehicle is unacceptable. I had already had the same tire repaired at Big O Tire the week earlier and I should non have had to go back for a second repair simply a week later, but since I did, I would look them to get my tire fixed in a timely matter and not 3 hours after when it's too late and I had to make other arrangements to get to work.

My 7 month old truck was scratched due to the negligence of agents or employees at Big O Tires Store #005236 (on Parkmoor Artery in San Jose, CA) on January 21, 2022. Someone had placed a sign in the street (in violation of the urban center sign ordinance) where information technology was hidden from the view of drivers exiting a common parking lot shared by other businesses. (Information technology was subconscious by a fat post.) When I turned right out of the parking lot, I heard something scratch the side of my truck. I had no idea what I had hit, since I hadn't seen the sign beforehand. But in one case I pulled over, I found the sign lying in the street.

When I spoke with a human who later on identified himself as the store managing director, he showed no concern for my truck. He removed the sign from the street before I could remember to have a picture of it, though I did take a movie before he threw information technology in the Dumpster. I repeatedly asked him to look at the scratches on my truck, but he refused to practise so.

When I complained to corporate, I received i telephone call from a rude homo named Chuck who said that Big O Tires would not pay for my damage. He refused to take anyone inspect my damage. He refused to frontward my concerns to the legal section. He refused to answer whatever further correspondence.

The store owner never responded to any grade of communication from me or anyone acting on my behalf. The same is true of TBC Corporation, the parent company of Large O Tires.

After numerous attempts to contact the Large O Tires corporate offices, I finally got a response via the Better Business Bureau. In that response, Barbara ** from Big O Tires customer relations revealed that the store owner, Emad Saidawi, lied to her most the incident. He claimed that his sign was properly on a grassy expanse, not in the street. Only I take photographic bear witness proving that he lied. The only grassy area is far from the area where my truck was hitting and is both elevated and protected by a curb. There's no way I could have hitting a sign in that location unless I drove up over the curb onto the grass and the sidewalk beyond.

I made numerous attempts to contact Big O Tires to abnegate the lie. Emad Saidawi, owner of the store Parkmoor Avenue in San Jose, California, refused to reply to anything. This forenoon, I got a call from someone in the legal department who told me additional lies. She claimed that the sign had been "dragged into the street". Of course, that'due south not true. But she as much as admitted liability with that argument, because even if her fictionalized account were truthful, the sign could only take been dragged into the street if it were already in a normal path of travel. So Big O Tires has compounded one lie with another, each of which is easily disproved.

The adult female from the legal section refused to look at the photographic prove already in her possession. She refused to listen to me. She just kept talking over me, no matter how many times I asked her to listen. She deliberately provoked me to anger. Then when I got aroused with her for refusing to stop talking over me and refusing to mind, she hung upwardly and wouldn't reply to any further efforts on my part to reach Big O Tires. This woman from the legal department refused to listen to truth, reason, or logic and just kept pushing a story that had no basis in fact.

Large O Tires and its parent company, TBC Corporation, allow their agents and employees to suspension the law and intentionally and negligently endanger life and belongings. And when their agents and employees consequently harm innocent victims, Large O Tires and TBC Corporation refuse to properly investigate, refuse to communicate openly and honestly with the victims and refuse to pay for the damages they crusade.

I went to Large O Tires and they said it would be $135.83 dollars to fix my bike barren. When they took information technology apart, they found that the axle was bad. They took me in the back to show me and said it would be around $300 more to ready this. So they didn't set anything only they still charged me $135.83.

I went to the Big O Tires located at Lake Mead and Civic Eye in North Las Vegas. I asked to supersede front brake pads and to resurface my front end discs on my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500. My estimate was $191.00. When they opened my brakes, they discovered they could non resurface my discs considering they were too sparse. At this point, there was no use replacing the pads considering the discs had grooves on them.

Withal, they notwithstanding went ahead and replaced my brake pads knowing this is wrong. Any layman knows unless you lot brand the surface of the discs smooth, the new brake pads volition wear out quickly. The mechanics had my cell number and I was nearby having luncheon. They did non call me to bank check with me. Afterward, they offered to replace both forepart discs and they offered to pay for one of them. I refused because I had lost confidence in them. If I don't get a total refund, I intend to file a small merits confronting the branch and the corporate part.

I had originally purchased iv new tires from Big O on both my vehicles. My automobile had a blast in the side wall, and they replaced information technology. It was great! Then, during a snowstorm, my car had a flat tire, non fifty-fifty 1/two block from their shop. I drove (slid) down the street, to plough into their heart to get it looked at, and they told me I needed another new tire, as this 1 had "melted", and they were not honoring the warranty, as I collection on it in forepart of their shop! Well if my tire "melted", wouldn't that be a defective tire?

They had already put my spare doughnut on, which they took out of the back of my car, and threw the Christmas gifts I had in the back seat all over the place, breaking two of the gifts! They tried to sell me four new tires! They gave me a line proverb I needed 4, as I was AWD. I spoke to other places, and a mechanic, and he said I actually only needed two, if the treads were non the same! When I brought this up to the rep, he got quite rude, and told me he would sell me ii tires for over $200.00! I went elsewhere, and bought 2 new tires (better than what I had mind you) mounted and balanced for $120.00! I volition never shop again at Large O, nor will I recommend them!

That sign was in the street in violation of the City of San Jose'due south sign ordinance. Large O Tires is only fortunate that no i was killed or injured since the placement of the sign in the street would have forced a bicyclist to swerve around it, potentially into the path of a vehicle.

The Big O Tires store on Colfax and Grape on 12/26/xi told me I destroyed my machine but they could recover information technology by doing gaskets and cylinder caput work and the charge would be $2,670.xx, almost 3,000.00. Since Ken, the owner that I trusted for years was not readily available, I declined the work but asked for the paperwork showing work and charges, generated from their reckoner it was given to me by Tu **.

The experience made me exercise research. I was told the kind of work Kens store said they would do was against Big O Tires franchise policy agreement and the company website did not list that kind of work as one of their services. The next day, I chosen grinning, told polite Ken about it and he said he did not know what I was talking about and hung up the telephone.

In the commencement week of Jan 2022, using Big O Tires email, I asked if they did the work I was quoted. Their process was to frontward the email to the closest shop and that was how Ken ended up calling me a couple of days later, leaving a message stating don't exercise cylinder caput and gaskets. Had I agreed to their proposal Large O Tires on Colfax and Grape would accept stolen nearly $iii,000.00 from me and of course no work would have been done to salve my destroyed car.

Jan ninth I spoke to a company amanuensis and was told Ken informed them he called me to say they did non practice that kind of work, so no price was ever quoted to me as I claimed. Also, he could recommended some other shop to do the work, and the price I took as a quote from his store Ken said he was really quoting a price if another shop did the work.

Oh. I responded that I accept the calculator generated documentation from Big O Tires on Colfax and Grape that listing services to be performed and charges. Ken, of course, could not quote prices of another business. Ken only told the truth in a phone message to me because it went through the company. But in leaving a message at present meant I had his recording admitting the truth plus paperwork from his store proving the potential theft, thus exposing his lies.

The representative, to my surprised, said, In that location was a potential of stealing you out of that money. I did not expect that kind of honesty. The amanuensis told me Ken is an contained possessor which ways he can practise whatever he wants. The company have no records whatsoever from the store and since Ken did not get to steal thousands of dollars despite his effort there was no harm. The company only mediates but they have no ownership in how a store treats the customers.

How bad must it get before Large O Tires, headquartered in Juno Beach, Florida go interested in how customers are treated? I will ask them.

On Dec 29, 2022, I experienced a blown tire on S/B Hwy 101 in Ventura, CA. Upon inspection, there was a ane/2 cut in the sidewall of the tire (unrepairable). The mileage at this time was 134,340 - the tire simply had 7,250 miles on it! On Jan 12, 2022 I went into the Big-O Tire Shop #5208, San Jose, CA to make a route hazard claim.

I drove the vehicle to the store, which at that time had 134,885 miles showing. The assistant manager initially told me that I could not receive whatever aligning, since the tire was over 3 years erstwhile. I pointed out the adjustment policy printed on the reverse of the original receipt: "100% replacement inside the first 3 years, prorated credit based upon use for the remaining life of the tread". Then he advised me that I would accept to render to the Big-O Tire store where I purchased to make a claim.

I pointed out the fold out brochure that listed all of the Big-O stores & affiliated chains where the warranty was valid. He so brash me that he'd have to get the original branch to authorize the claim. He telephoned them, later which he advised me that he'd have to forward the tire to the original store for inspection. In the meantime, he'd gladly sell me a tire, until the credit was determined. This time I pointed out the aligning policy on the reverse of the original receipt. Since the tire however had 80% of its usable tread remaining, I was entitled to a eighty% disbelieve off of the same tires current toll.

The assistant manager stated that he didn't know how to practice an adjustment like that, though he had worked for Big-O for 4 years. He would have to have his managing director inspect the tire & phone call me later on. I agreed to leave the tire for the managers inspection. Afterwards in the 24-hour interval, I received a call from the manager. He stated that the just credit that he could provide me was $28, since the iii-year protection policy had expired. I explained to him, that after the expiration of the three years, that I was entitled to a credit equal to the percentage of useable tread remaining.

Since the remaining tread had 80% of its legal depth remaining, I was entitled to the replacement tire at 80% off of the electric current cost (plus taxes, remounting & balancing). The managing director offered to provide me with a credit equal to the warranty purchase toll ($50). I again explained that I was entitled to a lxxx% credit off of the tires current price. The director stated that he could just provide me with a credit equal to eighty% of what I initially paid for the tire. Though this was in direct disharmonize with the printed warranty terms, I agreed, as I needed to have the tire repaired.

On January 13, 2022 I collection to the store to collect my new tire. The manager had the invoice prepared, providing me with a $60 discount. I performed the calculations in front of him, & fifty-fifty read the warranty to him. I wrote the correct aligning figures upon the guess form, that he insisted I sign, before generating my terminal invoice. At this point I offered to pay the total price for the replacement tire, and retain ownership of the damaged tire. He refused to brand the proper credit, or allow me to proceed the defective tire. Instead, he offered to increment the credit adjustment to $70.

Though I threatened to report Big-O Tires to the CBAR (CA Agency of Automotive Repairs) and the Santa Clara County Commune Attorneys Office Consumers Affairs division, he was unwavering in insisting that I was non entitled to a percent credit off the electric current price (though it is clearly stated in the warranty terms). When I told him that I was upset because on the phone the day prior, he initially denied my warranty, and then offered $28, he stated, "Yous must accept misunderstood me. Anybody misunderstands me because of my accent."

I told him that nosotros talked for 20 minutes, and at no time did I experience a language bulwark. I clearly understood his scam under pay the client & make a full warranty claim to the corporation, pocketing the difference. The original price per tire: $94.98 and eighty% discount of original toll: $18.99. And so the electric current tire price: $119.99 and 80% discount of electric current price: $24.00. I should accept received a $96 credit toward the replacement tire, instead of the gracious $70 disbelieve provided.

I paid Big-O tires for an extended warranty, to exist honored beyond the country. This store attempted everything possible to avoid providing the credit adjustment to which I am entitled. They tried to deny the merits considering the 3-year term had expired. They tried to make me bulldoze 90 minutes to the original shop. They attempted to have the tire & submit it for inspection. They denied the claim again, since iii+ years had elapsed. They offered a token credit ($28), and when pressed offered a credit equal to the warranty toll. After much pressure they somewhen raised the credit to $60, then to $70.

I stopped at Large O in Frisco, Co. I had a bad front tire on my camper. They said they could only, by law, replace both forepart tires. I said okay. They then said they could merely replace the front tires if they matched the backs, and none in boondocks had tires matching the backs! Then I had to buy iv tires to become outta there for $800. My wife went to pay and they added an optional $79 for roadside service without informing her or giving an selection.

We took our truck dwelling, i,000 miles, stored it, then took it to Montana 6 mos. afterwards. On the way, we had the tires rotated at Large O in Rock Springs, Wy. Nosotros then returned home to Tucson and my wife saw a knot in a tire. I took it to Big O here and they said it was bad and they would warranty information technology. I went home while the tire was ordered and noticed a knot in another tire. I chosen the Big O here and they said I'd accept to deal with the Big O where I bought the tires, in Frisco, Colorado! I called Frisco and got Raul, the assistant mgr. Before nosotros got far, Raul told me he knew that the problem was that I'd either nether-inflated the tires or hit something! He was incorrect on both counts. I took the car dorsum to Large O Tucson, they pulled all the tires and guess what, they were all ready to blow!

Last December, I purchased new tires for my wife's 2005 Hyundai XG 350 at the Big O tire shop on 5701 Folsom Blvd, Sacramento California. Big O has been getting my business organisation over the terminal 10 Years. Anyway, my wife's machine was due for new tires with original tires having about 43k on them. The motorcar has custom rims on them whereby you demand an allen wrench to remove the lug nut cover. Once the car was ready for pickup, I paid for the tires and drove the machine all of 1.5 miles home. Upon getting domicile, I noticed ane of the custom bicycle lug nut comprehend was missing then I returned to the store to request it.

The managing director said he would look for information technology and came back within minutes and said it must of fallen off while driving home. I fabricated the point that it had never fallen off for the by 43k miles why would it fall off in the past 1.5 miles? He argued that he did not know but that the service shop had cameras and he would examine the film. Once more, he returned minutes later and said the film showed that the workman put all four covers on. I said, "Okay, allow me see the film," and that is when my respect and all my future business was going elsewhere. He refused to show me the film, which immediately told me he had either lied nigh the cameras or had lied all together. After ten years of loyal service, this manager was willing to chance losing me over a part that could not maybe price more than $xx. I will never do business with Large O or recommend anyone else doing business concern with them.

I work for Costco. Sometimes nosotros have to outsource tires if they are discontinued in lodge to honour warranties. In that way, we can relieve money on not having to warranty out 2 tires. This place is an absolute flagrant rip-off. The Bridgestone Turanza el400 215/60r16, although discontinued, was $157.99 at Costco. The Big-O, however, charged us $238.99 for the aforementioned tire. Some other tire, which I can't call up the size, Bridgestone Turanza Placidity was $107.99 at Costco while Big-O charged us $174.99. I'm not trying to promote my piece of work because I don't make commissions so I personally don't intendance if you go somewhere else just just don't go here. I detest seeing injustices good similar this. On another fourth dimension, a lady came in after getting quoted around $550 for 2 SUV tires which are a Large-O Brand. Our Michelins, which are higher quality than Big-O, were $410. The lesser line is, this place rips people the hell off. I would like to know how they stay in business organization.

I took my corolla to the big o tires in Huntington Beach at the end of October because my car was making brake dissonance. The Mgr. Josh **, said I needed back bracks. Then he said information technology wouldn't price that much. Then he said I needed a whole bunch of other things I merely had done with them in June which cost me $500. He didn't bother to await up what I previously had done there. He charged me some other almost $500 again!

I went back about 2wks later because my brakes were making a screeching noise when I put my human foot on the brakes and I wanted to make sure information technology was normal with new brakes. One of his mechanics took information technology for a joy ride because he was gone for 45 minutes. When he got back, the mgr. said that the screeching noise was not from the new brakes simply from the forepart brakes and said I needed new forepart brakes. I told them that they never said my front brakes were bad just two weeks ago from the time they put new dorsum brakes. I left there and took it to a recommended place chosen KBrothers, and they said the noise was coming from the back brakes they had put on and my forepart brakes were fine! I will never go back there or any Big O Tires Again!

On Fri October 21, I went to the location at Colfax and Hudson in Denver, Colorado. I had a cycle alignment washed on October 19, and either the alignment was washed incorrectly or in that location were other problems that demand to exist corrected. Well, as I was waiting, I was resetting my ringtone when an employee that goes by the proper name of Vince, according to his shirt, told me that I needed to turn my phone off. I asked him why, and he stated that I was bothering other customers. I told him, "Well, there are no other customers here," and continued doing what I was doing.

Well this must take upset him because he walked back into the store a few times, looking at me in a threatening manner. I rebuilt the entire front of my 1960 Chevy Impala this summertime. Every single part was put in new, along with two-inch drop spindles in front end and disk brakes. I did the piece of work myself. I have built hot rods for 30 years, and this car was hot-rodded in the early on '60s and customized in the '90s. When I got it aligned, they said they could not become the steering wheel centered when going down the route, because the steering column bearings were shot. I knew they were bad, so accepted this reasoning without thinking it out. The guy at the counter said that when I got the bearings in, I could always run it dorsum downward and they could center the bicycle for me. Information technology would exist no large deal. I said ok and took off.

The alignment seemed to be proficient, only the wheel, existence off by a quarter turn, was a hassle. With my left arm on the arm residue, the normal gripping expanse was besides far down. I ordered the steering column bearings and finally got a long weekend to install them. That was a difficult job, but I got it washed and the steering was rock solid. I had tried to movement the bike a quarter turn from where I took it off in an endeavour to center it. It was notwithstanding off a skillful 1/viii turn. The lesser begetting has to exist preloaded later on the top begetting and wheel are on.

I was non going to take the wheel back off being that shut, and take a chance of the top bearing popping back off. I ran it down to Big O Tires this forenoon to get the steering wheel centered. Luckily the aforementioned guy was there. Even so he said to exercise it, I would need a whole new alignment. I said, "No way. You marker the tie rod sleeves and turn both sides the aforementioned amount. I have done it before." He said no and that everything would be afflicted. I said again, "No, they won't. That is how yous center the wheel." He said he would talk to his mechanic who comes in later about 20 minutes.

I idea, "Good. Someone who will know something." I then said, "To exist fair, I could give y'all a couple bucks, merely information technology doesn't need an alignment, and in that location is no way I want to pay for that. I mean, I simply got it aligned, and information technology is skilful. You said that I could take it dorsum and you would just heart the wheel, call up?" He said, "Well, I volition see what the mechanic says and will give you lot a phone call." I said ok and took off.

When he called me dorsum a half hour after, he said they would do the alignment for half the price. I was so angry I simply said, "I will take care of it myself." He said, "Ok, sir." I hung upwards.

After I blew an RV tire I went to Big O on State Street in Boise, Id. The manager/owner Brian Ramos said he had the tires I needed but because I qualified for an FMCA Michelin tire programme he refused to serve me. He stated he would not make enough money to warrant the service. He stated $150.00 labor charges were non enough for his men to do the piece of work. Jack'southward Tire and Oil did the work inside 1/two hour and checked all my tires. Practise not use Big O. They are a rip-off.

I only had the near unfortunate incident at the 3050 Due west Broadway location in Vancouver. As a customer who has bought tires at this location on numerous occasions (2 total sets), I went in for a routine air force per unit area check equally the sign said free air pressure level bank check etc. I wasn't informed there would be a accuse for removing a boom therefore I wasn't able to choose whether or not to go ahead with the service. I was going to exist gouged even more because I have 17" tires. I had a smug - 'have a nice day' cheerio, only because another customer walked in at but the correct time (otherwise the rude factor would have been off the handle).

I definitely won't be back to this or whatever location for that affair. Also, one of the employees started smoking upwardly right in the shop (right beside my automobile sitting on a tire and like no worries). I was charged without either authorization and basically extorted equally I had no pick but to pay and deal with things later by taking my business concern elsewhere. Only alleviation is that businesses like these volition eventually come to nil, equally word of oral fissure and no-echo customers are the coldest dish they volition exist served. They are rude, unprofessional and appalling!

Regrettably,

Vancouver client that won't be dorsum

We had some older Big O legacy tires on our Honda Odyssey minivan and one of them had a flat tire. Big O's policy is to repair flats, residue and rotate at no accuse. We dropped the van off and an hour later, nosotros got a call saying that it is ready--dandy! I asked if they had balanced the tire. They said no because we had not asked for information technology. When do y'all ready a flat and not balance a tire? We were always told to do that in high school auto shop.

Then, he said, "Well, we would need to put it support on the rack and would need more time." Simply since he had the car on the rack, nosotros might equally well become new tires anyway, as the tire with the flat only had a few g miles left on it. I was able to confirm with him that the balancing is covered and would non require me to buy tires so I am non sure why them having to put the auto on the rack would warrant buying new tires.

Then, I asked them to rotate the tires from front end to back (this is a front end wheel drive car). They replied with, "That is not necessary, you lot always go on the good tires on the back of the car." I said to him, "I have never heard of that. Front bike drive cars wear tires in the forepart faster every bit that is where the turning, torque, and braking load happens." He disagreed with me. I said, "Well, I all the same want the tires rotated to the dorsum," and he says, "okay, we will do that."

Later that 24-hour interval, I got a call from them saying that the car is ready but they did not rotate the tires due to a "tread issue," which was never elaborated on. I did not bother to inquire why at this betoken as I was and so frustrated with these people. I picked the car upwards and was told that I would need new tires in a few months when the rainy flavour comes.

I kickoff went into Big O Tires for bike alignment. I had to get them to redo it 4 times. At offset they nigh chosen me a liar, but when I convinced someone to ride with me they finally realized I was right. All the same, the truck still moves to the correct and the steering bike is not straight. Later on a few hours, I just left. Now I purchased a lifetime insurance at their insistence. I took my truck back in because my ii left tires have cracks. They will not honor their insurance considering they believe it was vandalism. They are cracks.

I spoke to and then many people in the corporate office and they will not honor it because they took the word of the shop director. They want to offer one tire free but I have 2 bad tires. Why can't they stand past their products? I would similar Big O to stand by the coverage.

I received a quote over the telephone at approximately 12:xv on 9/nine from Derik. He told me that for the Nexen tire I wanted, it would be $106.26 out the door. He also stated the he had them in stock. My son went downwardly there. He was charged the $106.26 but it was for an off brand tire, non what I was quoted.

When I went down there on 9/ten, Derick basically called me a liar. I stated that he told me he quoted me ii dissimilar tires. I told him that the only quote I got and wanted was on the Nexen tire. He then stated that he does not take them in stock and it would be after a few days to have them on stock. I will never go back to that Large O e'er again, and I will tell everybody who needs tires or annihilation else done, to go to Fletcher's!

I needed iv new tires for my truck, so I stopped at Big O considering they were the most convenient. The front office person showed me two sets of tires that would work (1 that was too expensive and one that was too crappy). I told him I was going to look around and he said that they would friction match anyone'due south prices.

I went domicile to enquiry some comparable items online and found a skilful middle ground tire. I printed the cost and brought it back. In all ways, information technology matched the specs of their loftier-cease model. Ryan was kind of nice and helpful, merely the other guy working the desk was abrasive and a know-it-all. He said, "Oh, we could never match that price. We are already losing money on that tire every time we sell it." What a crock.

Ryan did notice a comparable tire and said he could match the cost I brought in, but it would accept a day to become the tires to the store. Then I made an appointment for the next day.

The following day, I walk in showtime matter in the morn to avoid the rush. Ryan and the other guy were both working the desk and, before Ryan could say annihilation, the other guy began a tirade about how the other tire that I priced it against was actually $200 per tire more than the price listed and that...

Information technology was more than I could behave. Clearly they weren't going to honour the price that nosotros agreed upon the previous day. Clearly I had wasted an entire solar day waiting for them to become their human action together. Clearly, I needed to go somewhere else for my tires.

I have always had good service at Big-O tires before this and was very disappointed how much of a departure the incorrect person at the front desk-bound could brand. I still may become dorsum to Big-O tires for repairs and punctures, but I don't think I will view them as annihilation more than than a tire repair facility from at present on.

I took my new Dodge Journeying to the Big O tires in Temecula, CA to go its first oil change washed and was blown abroad by what I think was probably the worst customer service feel I can recall. I have taken my wife and son'southward cars to Big O Tires in the by and was always charged $19 for the service.

I walked into their shop and all of the mechanics were hanging out in the front client area. They had tattoos all over the artillery, necks, and some on their faces. Their appearances were muddied, disheveled, and they looked like ex-cons who could care less virtually serving a client. I walked into the middle of an argument between the supervisor, Manny, and i of the mechanics. The mechanic was arguing that he wasn't going to clean up all the other bays, merely his. The technician in the sales floor, drinking the customer java said, "Become over there. He'll aid."

They took the car and performed the service, and when I returned, the Supervisor, Manny, says, "You owe me $46". When I questioned the accuse, he stated, "I don't know what to tell you man. I only punch in the code and it spits out the cost." When I told him that all of my previous services, which were on my account, were $xix.99, he stated, "That's why the onetime manager got booted because he was giving people the coupon all the fourth dimension. I ain't going to lose my job over a coupon, 'ya know what I mean?"

I couldn't believe what I was hearing and proceeded to choice-up a bill of fare for the store director and then that I could address the outcome with him. I took my keys and went out to my car, only to observe that the technician didn't bother to cover the seat, floor, or launder his hands. There was oil all over my new low-cal colored seats, floor mats, and on the gear shift and steering bicycle.

I returned to the store and told supervisor Manny most the mess and he stated, "I can't assist you human being. You need to come back and talk to the director." I said, "Okay, but come out to the machine and see the harm so you can run into for yourself." He followed me to the car and looked at the mess. The supervisor began a expletive laden rant about the, "** child" who performed my service and that he has told him a g times about this stuff. His rant lasted about 4-v minutes and at one point, he said the he wished the, ** kid was still here and so that he could ** yell at him. So he pronounced, "That'southward it. This kid is gone!"

At this bespeak, I had had enough and left the facility. The next day, the manager of the store called and apologized for the result and told me to go to the motorcar wash/detail store side by side door, to his store and to have them call him to authorize the cleanup of the mess. So, I go in on Labor Twenty-four hours on Saturday morning time, dropped the car off, and expected the trouble to be resolved. The machine wash calls me to propose that the manager at Big O Tires has refused to authorize the charges. I immediately call Big O Tires and the manager advises that he needs to submit paperwork to their corporate office and it will take 3-4 weeks to get the oily mess cleaned up.

Really? 3-4 weeks to process a check request? Long story brusque, Big O Tires will not get 1 more than penny of my hard earned coin!

Approximately 2 weeks agone, I took my car to have the oil changed. I told them to cheque out my car for I do a lot of driving with the job I have. They did my oil change. They told me I need to take some fluids replaced. I told them to do that. They charged me 117.00. They told me to come back as they needed to practice something with my restriction fluid. I'm not a car person so I went back on a Friday. I left my car at that place for iv hours and came back. They said they never did anything to the car. They would do the brake fluid when I needed my brakes washed probably in the fall.

The side by side day, I made a trip to Indianapolis to a funeral. My brake light came on. I was crunched for time and I was thinking everything was okay. I had just left the shop less than 24 hours before I went to funeral. I was coming back home when I realized I didn't have much brakes left. In fact, I got a ticket for speeding because I could not slow my auto down. The adjacent twenty-four hour period, I took my motorcar to a different repair store. I had to take new brakes and pads, and my brake fluid was depression. Then on next Monday, I went back to Big O. I told them the problem that I had. They acted similar information technology was no large deal. I guess they never checked my breaks at all. And the owner told me you can bulldoze on low restriction fluid.

I went to one Big O tire to become the thermostat washed. I didn't even stay as they were going to charge me 70.00 to make full the coolant tank (They claimed it was empty. Um, no information technology doesn't over heat all the time, so I'm sure yous're wrong). I told them, "I'm not paying that much but for you lot to make full the tank." He then told me, "Well, you lot will if you want united states of america to fix it!" I told him to requite me my keys and left.

I drove over to the other Big O, and they managed to fix information technology. They gave me attitude after finally fixing it, stating my coolant was depression and thinking I'thousand stupid because the radiator cap was off and to the side. The attitude picked up even more than when I said they needed to call the managing director at the other Big O as they are the ones that did it. He told me "No, you tin call them." For the tape, the second Big O merely charges 8.00 to fill the coolant tank.

Third Large O happened well earlier this. Information technology's the one in Sandy, Utah. I took it there to set a starting problem. They drove information technology around for a few hours and told me, "Good news! Nosotros got something to intermission, now pay united states of america 170.00 to fix the 2 hoses nosotros blew!" For the tape the issue there was a primary relay in the Acura fable - common result they didn't know about. In regards to the main relay, I chosen the Big O and asked them virtually the main relay. The answer was, "Um, what does information technology do?" I told them and they said they will telephone call right back. It's been over a month, they accept never in one case called back.

Every time I've gone to a Big O, it'due south been a bad experience, and that's it. I am done. They are arrogant and condescending, especially when you lot do know what you're talking about and they can't BS you into buying things you don't demand.

I can encounter why you have so many in the Common salt Lake areas. Y'all got to spread the bad service around. Proceed this in heed; you are not the only tire/repair shops in the city. People volition stop using your services.
